  • If you’ve already received the confirmation message indicating that your order is with the courier, please check the delivery times in our terms & conditions to verify the timeframe for your country.
  • If you haven’t received the email with the tracking number yet, this means your order is still being processed

We try to minimize the time as much as possible, but keep in mind that orders placed during holidays, weekends, or promotional periods may experience a slight delay due to the volume of orders being processed.
